By using Gymzyo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. User Accounts

• Owners and Members authenticate using email
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

2. Gym Owners

Owners can:

• Create and manage gym profiles
• Accept or reject member join requests
• Set membership plans
• Upload gym photos and information

Owners are responsible for:

• Accuracy of gym information
• Handling member relationships
• Compliance with local regulations

3. Members

• Discover nearby gyms
• View gym details
• Request to join gyms

Joining a gym requires owner approval.

4. Payments

• Owners pay subscription fees to Gymzyo
• Gymzyo does not collect gym membership fees
• Membership payments are handled offline

5. Communication

Phone numbers may be shared between gym owners and members. Gymzyo is not responsible for communications outside the app.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Provide false information
• Abuse or harass other users
• Misuse gym or member data
• Attempt unauthorized access

7. Termination

Gymzyo may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

8. Liability

Gymzyo is a platform provider only and is not responsible for:

• Gym service quality
• Membership disputes
• Injuries, losses, or damages

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
