• Gymzyo Owner App (for gym owners)
• Gymzyo Member App (for gym members)

• Email address (Owners & Members)
• User ID generated by our authentication system

b) Profile Information

• Name (Members)
• Phone number (required for members, used for gym communication)
• Gym details (Owners)

c) Location Information

• Approximate location (to show nearby gyms)
• Gym location provided by owners

d) Content

• Gym photos
• Equipment lists
• Trainer details
• Membership plans

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate users
• Display nearby gyms
• Allow owners to manage gyms
• Allow members to join gyms
• Enable owner ↔ member communication
• Improve app experience
• Provide customer support
• Process owner subscriptions
• Share member contact details with gym owners after approval

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Gym owners pay subscription fees to Gymzyo
• Gymzyo does not handle gym membership payments
• Membership fees are handled offline / directly by gyms

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

Data may be shared only with:

• Supabase (authentication, database, storage)
• Infrastructure & cloud providers
• Legal authorities if required by law

5. Data Security

We protect your data using:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Row Level Security (RLS)
• Access-controlled storage
• Secure authentication mechanisms

• Data is retained while your account is active
• You may request deletion at any time
