2. Use of Services

• Users must provide accurate registration and billing details.
• Accounts are non-transferable and must be used by the registered user only.
• Misuse of the platform (fraud, abuse, illegal activities) is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Gymzyo operates on a subscription model. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

Gymzyo is not liable for any indirect damages, losses, or disruptions caused by use of the platform. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, India.
